Current rates for hire
Day rate (7am to 10pm) £130.
In the case of multiple days booking then this rate includes the full 24 hour period.
For part of any day (between 7am to 10pm) the cost is to be £13 per hour for all hirers.
This hourly rate will be modified if the hirer is (a) based within the Parishes of Stow and the Swells and (b) is for a non profit organization/charity. In this instance a 10% discount will be given on the hourly rate for the length of the booking. For the avoidance of doubt any commercial operation will always be charged at the full rate.
Weddings
The charge for three days full hire including the use of the chair covers and ribbons is £750.
There will be an extra charge of £250 written into the agreement if the cleaning of the Hall after the event is unsatisfactory in the opinion of the Trustees.
