“Past, Present and Future of the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway” – speaker tbc
It has taken ‘an army’ of volunteers who have lovingly and tirelessly worked over many years to restore our local part of the route of the former Great Western Railway’s main line from Birmingham to Cheltenham. Steam and heritage diesel trains now run through our spectacular local Cotswolds scenery and we will discover how this all began and how it continues to expand its events year on year. This talk will link in with a group trip on the steam railway to be arranged during the summer. All aboard!
